Job Description

We are driven by our passion for success and proud to deliver best-in-class payment technology and software solutions. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership on a team of integration engineers, including coaching and reviews.
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage the performance of the team and all integration processes and services.
  • Proactively monitoring integration issues and service availability, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and communication is clear.
  • Providing customers with documentation, example code, direction, and tools.
  • Engaging with delivery teams to ensure that new features are documented and supportable.
  • Ensuring compliance of all security measures in integration support.
  • Troubleshooting integration and certification environment issues.
  • Collaborating with the certification team to ensure products and services are being utilized properly by all customers and that appropriate tests are included for all certifications.
  • Ensuring efficiency by automating manual activities.
  • Continually evaluating tools and technologies.
  • Mentoring and training other Integration Engineers and other team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science - Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years in customer support and integrations to production systems.
  • 4+ years of development/scripting experience (Java, C#, Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • 2+ years in a senior or leadership role, including mentoring, coaching, and training.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and other message formats.
  • Experience with API tools such as SoapUI, Blazemeter, or similar.
  • Strong deductive reasoning and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, willing to go outside of comfort zone and learn new things.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in the written and verbal form.
  • Experience running queries on databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, or CockroachDB.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and cloud platforms (Linux, Windows, GCP).
  • Experience with source code and release management (GitHub, TFS, etc.).
  • Experience with continuous integration build engines (Jenkins, Team City, etc.).
  • Experience with container technology such as Docker.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
