Job Summary

The Loan Doc & Proc Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role that requires a strong understanding of loan documentation processes and procedures. This role involves managing and preparing loan documentation, as well as providing support to various tasks related to the loan process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently process and close loans within a complex loan operations environment
  • Provide day-to-day loan transactional processing, including booking cash transactions and making payments, performing loan reconciliations, and inputting general ledger entries
  • Support an expansive and diverse array of products and services, including risk and control activities
  • Follow established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation and processing activities
  • Make recommendations to management to support process improvement
  • Design and analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports to satisfy management requirements and support control activities
  • Minimize risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements and adherence to audit and control policies
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in loan operations or a related field
  • Reasonable knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the loan process
  • Demonstrate understanding of loan processes, procedures, products, and services
  • Awareness of managing, preparing, and reviewing loan documentation
  • Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
