We're seeking a highly skilled Treasury Applications Specialist to join our team at TMF Group. As a key member of our global support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support for the Kyriba Treasury Management System and Payment Factory, ensuring seamless connectivity with global banks and other specialist fund and capital markets systems.
- Collaborate with local business teams to establish connectivity with banks, including interaction with banks on file format specifications, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Kyriba application and international banking practices, with a focus on delivering a consistent service to end-users across diverse time zones.
- Support the onboarding of new business into the banking processes and the Kyriba application, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
- Prepare process documentation and assist in annual ISAE3000/3402 audit exercises, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Treasury or Banking applications administration or as a Kyriba super-user.
- Treasury or Finance background with a strong understanding of international banking practices.
- Interest and experience in automation and reporting using various technologies (BI) is highly desirable.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Banking, Internal Finance, or Treasury systems (Kyriba preferred).
- Familiarity with SWIFT payment and bank statement standards (ISO20022/MT messages).
- Affinity with business application configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with formal change management processes, including requirements elicitation, specification documentation, project coordination, and planning.
