Senior Product Manager

Zillow is seeking a highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Data Platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering platform capabilities that enable our customers to unlock life's next chapter.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage deployment, evolution, and developer support plans for platform offerings.
- Identify what truly matters and find ways to deliver value quickly by building a deep understanding of our customers through surveys, product analytics, and shadowing customers.
- Champion our new app APIs, tools & services, and the value they offer, with engineering teams across Zillow Group.
- Drive scalability of build system and CI/CD pipeline, documentation, and automated release process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a product or program management role.
- Deeply Technical. Experience with CI/CD (pipeline layouts, package/artifact management, cloud compute infrastructure, security, and IAM).
- Platform as a Product approach. You understand developers are your primary customer and you're passionate about abstracting problems that improve their experience and agility.
- Highly Analytical. You use data to make decisions and are comfortable assembling it yourself or working with others.
- Product Owner. You know how to take ideas, define products, work with partners, and ship features.
- Outcome-Oriented. You are able to cut to the core of a problem, identify what needs to be done and when, and work with the development team to get solutions shipped.
- Experience defining projects, driving requirements, writing functional specs and coordinating projects across multiple teams and organizations.
- Strong written and oral interpersonal skills.
