Job Summary:
Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Financial Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving financial transformation initiatives and providing valuable insights to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial transformation for project controlling for the South America region.
- Standardize reporting to improve communication efficiency with other stakeholders.
- Enhance efficiency and effectiveness through standardization and simplification of processes and tools across the region.
- Create project dashboards and provide business performance commentary.
- Collaborate and build relationships with the South America team.
- Drive financial transformation projects for the organization.
- Lead the project accounting month-end close and forecasting reporting activities.
- Have ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet project controlling performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experienced professional with over 6 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting.
- Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices.
- Strong accounting skills, project accounting proficiency a plus.
- Strong digital citizen and ease with managing multiple systems.
- Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with proven business acumen.
- Moderate to advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, and SQL) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly.
- Possess superior Excel skills including charting and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information.
