**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Trainer Senior to join our team. As a Learning Facilitator Senior, you will be responsible for delivering practical courses for brand technicians in accordance with company guidelines, methods, and principles.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver high-quality training programs for brand technicians, ensuring they meet company standards and expectations.

• Serve as a mentor to future trainers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them develop their skills and knowledge.

• Prepare training materials, classrooms, and equipment to ensure effective delivery of training programs.

• Conduct administrative tasks related to training processes, including record-keeping and reporting.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and education techniques, applying this knowledge to improve training programs.

• Safeguard company facilities and assets, ensuring they are maintained in good condition.

• Travel to various locations to deliver training programs, conduct evaluations, or receive training.

• Develop content for special brand events, such as workshops and conferences.

• Review and translate training materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and ensure effective communication.

**Requirements**

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an instructor at the automotive technical level in schools, automotive dealers, or commercial settings.

• 4 years' experience using advanced service information for any make of vehicle for diagnostic and repair purposes.

• 4 years' experience executing automotive service processes on late model vehicles as a technician, supervisor, service/after-sales manager, or technical assistance.

• Strong technical knowledge and fluency in technical concepts.

• Fluency in English.

• A background in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
