Craft Mixology Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Craft Mixology Specialist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Head Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver prompt and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction with all beverage orders.
• Prepare drinks according to recipes using measuring systems and high-quality ingredients.
• Manage inventory of spirits, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, and address any discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of $$$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location, plus opportunities for growth and development within the company.
