About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team in Mexico or Colombia. As a key member of our demand planning team, you will be responsible for supervising supply planning and inventory management, ensuring optimal stock position and delivering key service level KPIs while avoiding customer disruptions.

  • Your primary focus will be on managing importation and conversion inventories for North Latam countries.
  • You will also oversee stock supply for Mexico/Colombia/CCA, order tracking between production plants and distribution centers/distributors, and purchase orders for imported products.

As a Supply Chain Strategist, you will work closely with the commercial team to provide business insights and support demand planning process. You will generate insights and analysis about customer behavior, demand and supply data projection, and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory management, including importing and converting inventories for North Latam countries.
  • Stock supply management for Mexico/Colombia/CCA, order tracking, and purchase orders for imported products.
  • Supporting demand planning process, generating insights and analysis about customer behavior, and demand and supply data projection.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects, reviewing inventory levels, and proactively notifying expiration dates and overstock for proper treatment.
Requirements
  • A degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Demand Planning.
  • Proven experience in demand and supply analysis management using historical and predictive methods.
  • Inventory management experience is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
