Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Deep knowledge in payments applications
- Knowledge in bank or processor backoffice
- Knowledge of ISO 8583
- Knowledge in language C++ or Java (desirable)
- Customer service skills
- Follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator
- Training across core financial, sales and FIS solutions
