We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team at Hashmap. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both new and existing code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
- Write readable, extensible, tested, and documented code while being mindful of performance requirements.
- Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
- Translate mockups and wireframes into functioning front-end code.
- Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
- Work with product management to analyze requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Angular 4+.
- 5+ years of experience in a stack with strong development skills in.NET.
- 3+ years of experience with WCF, WEB API, ASP.
- Intimate familiarity with WCF, MVC design patterns, Web services.
- Must have developed and consumed web services in WCF, including implementation.
- Experience with RESTful services.
- Expert in one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, GruntJS).
- Familiar with testing frameworks.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
