Job Title: SAP APO Senior Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP APO Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Design Competence Center, you will be responsible for designing new solutions, suggesting solution enhancements, and communicating with business to understand actual needs and propose logical and optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate closely with colleagues in our Design Competence Center department, other consultants, and software engineers, staying in close contact with the overall business.
  • Understand existing solutions and compare them to business requirements.
  • Be responsible for designing new solutions, suggesting solution enhancements.
  • Communicate with business to understand actual needs and propose logical and optimized solutions.
  • Support the design and implementation of activities for the specific SAP application/solution component and functional area, including analysis and design/redesign of business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.
  • Be an IT Functional Team Member of the Design Competence Center, bringing IT Solution template expertise.

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business education, or a background in Information Technology.
  • Around 5 years of experience in SAP ECC and S4/HANA in similar roles on past projects for functional area/domain as an APO consultant in SAP ERP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with IT landscape and Solution Architecture.
  • Proven experience in Solution Analysis, design, and build of RICEFW specifications.
  • Strong experience within APO for areas: Planning Board/Table, Resources, Transportation lanes, Configurable process scheduling, and ATP check and Global-ATP.
  • Capable to Promise scenarios (CTP).
  • APO – PP/DS.
  • Production and Capacity Planning.
  • CIF Integration of master data.
  • Integration scenarios with APO for ATP, DP, and PP/DS.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.

  • Ability to manage smaller yet focused task forces and teams.
  • Self-drive in your work style with little direction setting.
  • Ability to lead workshops with the business and other IT colleagues.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of culturally diverse internal and external consultants.
  • Capability of decision/recommendation on your own.
