Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Habasit America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national production plans to meet business objectives
  • Oversee services centers nationwide and ensure efficient production line management
  • Supervise and control costs to increase staff productivity and efficiency
  • Propose new methodologies to improve staff productivity and efficiency
  • Train production staff and ensure compliance with company indicators
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and lead a team
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and Process Improvement
  • High competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM Applications
