Your Mission

As a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers' products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing supplier quality concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Applying problem-solving techniques, such as 8D and 5 Whys
  • Consolidating quality performance indicators and communicating them to the Plant Quality Manager and Serial Life Buyer
  • Collecting and evaluating supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) and scheduling random inbound inspections
  • Conducting product or process audits of suppliers' sites
  • Updating and communicating the Plant Red List of suppliers
  • Managing supplier quality problems in the quality management system (QSS) database
  • Requesting support from the Supplier Quality and Development (SQD) group for escalated issues
Your Profile and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Industrial Engineer or similar degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Experience dealing with Automotive Industry Suppliers
  • Knowledge of Core Tools (AMEF, PSO, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA) and 8D's
  • Knowledge of VDA and supplier audits
