About the PositionWe are seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals. As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with loan agreements, serving as a point of contact for lender partners, and delivering a lender experience that meets the Bright brand standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Analyze and optimize capital structure and funding strategies to ensure long-term financial health.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Project Finance Support: Assist in preparing documentation for project finance transactions, including data gathering, financial modeling, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with lender requirements and regulatory guidelines, including data collection, reporting, and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lenders, investors, and regulators to gather information, support project execution, and foster positive relationships.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, and contribute to improving reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or its Google counterparts).
- Good finance foundation - ability to interpret financial statements and draw conclusions/insights.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
