About the Role:

Zillow is seeking a Strategic Research Operations Program Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing researcher enablement programs, recruiting participants for research studies, and managing internal recruiting panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement researcher enablement programs to help researchers do their best work
  • Recruit participants for research studies from internal user lists, internal panels, and third-party sample providers
  • Manage internal recruiting panels and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce results and improve processes
  • Analyze trends and deliver insights to inform goals and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in research operations program management
  • 3+ years of experience working with research teams (e.g., UX Research, Market Research)
  • Experience recruiting participants for research studies and managing internal recruiting panels
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and exceptional time management skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
