**Job Summary**
As a Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of our IT service delivery team. Your key objectives include:
- Monitoring and controlling priorities, conflicts, and meeting customer expectations through timely feedback
- Planning, estimating, managing scope changes, mitigating risks, and coordinating deliverables
- Maintaining a consistent and high-quality approach while managing urgencies, scheduling, and conflicts
- Implementing process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives to enhance service quality
- Supporting implementation, Go-Live, and on-site hypercare activities as a manager
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- ITIL certification and CMMI certification
- A degree in Systems Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, with expertise in technical support and delivery management
**Location and Work Schedule**
This position is based in Reforma, Mexico City, with a regular working schedule from Tuesday to Thursday.
