Coating Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coating Advisor to join our team at Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. As a Coating Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the proper use and application of our coating solutions.

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance on the use of our coating products.
• Ensure that all applications are following our product data sheets, working specifications, and relevant technical and industrial standards.
• Manage complex projects and record data based on daily activity in progress reports.
• Promote our coating solutions and deliver value to our customers through effective communication and technical assistance.
• Assist in providing sustainable solutions internally and externally, including trainings, condition surveys, and troubleshooting issues.

• FROSIO or NACE certification is preferred.
• Previous experience as a technical service representative or in the coating industry is valuable.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Good communication skills in English, including technical terms.
