Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer, Global Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Juarez, Mexico. This is a high-visibility position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within the Global NPI organization to be a key team member on a cross-functional development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes for raw materials and intra/inter-plant supply.
  • Develop cohesive relationships across Global sites and leadership functions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
  • 5 years of related position experience.
  • Knowledge of TL 9000 and CS-PL-2004 End-of-Life (EOL) Procedure.
  • Proven product knowledge and technical/innovation skills.
