We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Controller to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our factory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and efficiency of our plant operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of account balances. Prepare timely and comprehensive financial reports, including industrial P&L, factory operating statement, and supply scorecard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track wastage costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Cost Control: Analyze and optimize costs, including material and conversion costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Fixed Assets: Manage fixed assets, including capital expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Transfer Pricing: Calculate and implement transfer prices for inter-company and intra-company transactions.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
**Requirements**
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
- 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a plant environment.
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of JD Edwards ERP System.
