**Job Summary**

The Production Operator is a key member of our production team, responsible for assembly, testing, registration, and packaging of finished products. This role reports to the Production Manager in the Production department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work in compliance with plant standards, ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Follow defined production standards and production plans.
  • Record data from product tests and notify production manager or quality personnel of irregularities.
  • Dispose of scrap and defective parts correctly.
  • Stop any process that poses a safety risk or produces defective parts.
  • Follow established work instructions and use tools correctly to ensure product integrity and quality.
  • Participate in training, recommendations, and knowledge acquisition in manufacturing and safety aspects.
  • Comply with and enforce company safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Comply with internal work regulations.
  • Dispose of waste in designated containers.
  • Maintain ethical behavior when interacting with colleagues.
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance of work tools and equipment.
  • Report equipment issues and unsafe acts or situations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of production, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Support the team in various operations.
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy, adhering to the 6's standard.

**Work Schedule**

The Production Operator will work a rotating schedule, with two weeks of Monday-Thursday, 7 am-4 pm, and Friday, 7 am-3 pm, followed by two weeks of Monday-Thursday, 7 am-4 pm, and Friday off.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to lift loads of up to 50 lbs continuously during the shift.
  • Experience using hand tools is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Dynamic work environment.
