We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for running and maintaining the Atlassian Cloud and Tempo Timesheets systems to meet the needs of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Jira/Confluence/JSM (cloud or server) and time tracking plug-ins (Timesheets by Tempo, or similar). They will also possess excellent customer service skills, being able to communicate clearly and effectively, and being able to troubleshoot user issues with innovative solutions.
In this role, you will evaluate, implement, and configure other plug-ins as needed. You will also support the migration from on-premises Atlassian systems to the cloud and implement a new time tracking system and process. Additionally, you will assist with consolidation of other project management systems onto the Jira cloud platform.
As the primary point of contact, you will work with other employees and consultants to help Nymbus migrate to the cloud and implement a new time tracking system. You will develop and maintain management reporting, creating reports that provide insights into how employees are spending their time and how that time is being allocated across different projects and tasks.
You will also create and maintain documentation on system procedures, configuration, and support. This will include outlining how to use the systems and how to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Furthermore, you will manage user and system support through the helpdesk, providing support to users who have questions or issues.
This role can expand over time to support other Enterprise IT systems. You will gain experience in a variety of corporate systems such as Google Enterprise and Corporate systems.
