Job Title: Plant ControllerActiva is seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to lead the finance and accounting activities for our manufacturing facility in Tecate, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting process
- Partner with the Plant Manager to drive operational performance improvement
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis, including capital expenditure requests and staffing decisions
- Manage working capital, prepare and review quarterly/annual forecasts
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and SAP/Oracle HFM experience preferred
- Competitive salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per month
- Full-time position
