Main responsibilities:
- Optimization of Transactional Processes:
- Manage and coordinate global shared services for Human Resources, focusing on continuous improvement of efficiency and reduction of operational costs.
- Ensure timely and compliant execution of payroll processes across all regions.
- Oversee personnel administration, including salary changes, promotions, lateral moves, and supervisor changes.
- Content Development for Ruhrpumpen University:
- Collaborate with key teams to design, develop, and update training content within the Ruhrpumpen University, aligned with organizational and professional development needs.
- Oversee delivery of training programs and their integration with learning platforms, aiming to optimize employee experience.
- Recruitment for Administrative and Leadership Positions:
- Manage and optimize recruitment processes for administrative and leadership positions across all regions, ensuring a steady flow of talent and reducing hiring times.
- Work closely with talent management teams and business leaders to understand their needs and align them with best hiring practices.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment processes and recommend improvements.
- Driving Efficiencies and Economies of Scale:
- Identify and implement initiatives that generate operational savings and enhance productivity through technology implementation, standardized processes, and automation.
- Coordinate continuous improvement projects to streamline and standardize processes across all HR areas.
- Collaborate with HR leaders and departments to share best practices and ensure alignment with global initiatives.
- Service Productivity and Quality Management:
- Establish and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all HR transactional services to ensure service delivery meets business expectations.
- Monitor performance against SLAs, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Continuously improve SLAs and service standards to maintain high satisfaction among internal stakeholders.
- Team and Stakeholder Management:
- Lead Shared Services teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced/Fluent English language skills required for effective communication worldwide.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in global and cross-functional environments.
- Effective communication skills at all organizational levels and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, personnel administration, training, and recruitment processes.
- Experience leading Shared Services teams and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
