About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team at Amdocs. As a Data Migration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying data migration and data services solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop data migration and data services solutions
  • Execute data migration processes implemented
  • Work in DevOps Agile workstream
  • Understand requirements, propose, and deliver solutions
  • Proven experience translating business problems into actionable data quality initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and IT project team members
  • Effectively work and communicate with internal customers, ranging from development to management
  • Expertise to work on various Amdocs products (Invoicing, CRM, OMS/MEC, A/R, C1/D1)
Requirements

**Education:**

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent Engineering degree

**Technical Skills:**

  • Programming skills - Python, Java Scripting, or any other language
  • Knowledge on Telecom systems Billing, CRM, Ordering (Amdocs, LHS, Convergys, Comverse etc.) including data model
  • SQL, Oracle SQL Tuning, Unix, SHELL Programming, NoSQL, PL/SQL, INFORMATICA or other ETL tools
  • Couchbase, Postgres Cassandra
  • Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, Rest API
