About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Specialist to join our team in León, GTO. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing your own team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment.

Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to ensure high levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement. You will also be responsible for communicating policies and procedures to team members and creating and managing recognition and communication programs.
