We are seeking a highly skilled Product Portfolio Manager to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our product portfolio to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop our product portfolio to ensure it aligns with our business strategy and meets customer needs.
- Develop and implement business plans to launch new products and phase out existing ones, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create structured business presentations that showcase product insights and activities to top management.
- Review and analyze demand forecasts to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions to drive business results.
- Translate corporate strategy into effective product portfolio strategies that contribute to business success.
- Design and deliver training events and facilitate groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
- Maintain product basics on our SAP system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor local and LATAM launches, lineups, market potential, marketing, competition, and KPI information relevant to the product team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience in marketing or demand planning.
- Knowledge of product management, brand strategy, business planning, data analysis, and KPI management.
- Skills in analytical problem-solving, presentation, and data analysis.
