The successful candidate will be responsible for managing entire projects, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documentation, and construction services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading consultants and internal resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Overseeing the development of contract documents and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Facilitating contracts and managing relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Representing the company at construction sites and providing construction services, including site visits and review of shop drawings.
  • Coordinating with the client and their consultants to achieve a complete and coordinated set of contract documents and specifications.
  • Conducting local, county, state, and federal project code searches and analysis.
  • Ensuring the financial success of all responsible projects.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, brokers, contractors, consultants, and team members.

Requirements for the role include:

  • 10+ years of experience working in Architecture.
  • Experience managing large-scale architecture projects and master plans.
  • Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents for construction.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes.

A resume and portfolio in English are required to be considered for this position.
