We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Laerdal Medical in Monterrey, Mexico.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing EHS programs and procedures. This includes creating, maintaining, and overseeing the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements, as well as coordinating and monitoring the compliance of EHS regulations on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop annual Safety program and Environmental Program;
  • Assure a 'Zero accidents' rate in the plant and 'Zero lost day' due to accidents;
  • Coordinate with municipal, state or federal authorities in audits or inspections related to Safety, Hygiene and Environment;
  • Keep all EHS updated and manage EHS campaigns;
  • Support the Security of the plant and Control Access;
  • Coordinate with the Medical Department.
