Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Circuit Design/Verification Engineer – Dram Design to join our pioneering team of visionaries and scientists. As a key member of our global design teams, you will craft and analyze digital and analog circuits for memory products, such as row hammer mitigation circuits. Your expertise will be crucial in designing products optimizing manufacturing functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to new product opportunities by assisting with design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
- Develop parasitic models, behavior models, and assist in design validation, reticle experiments, and tape-out revisions.
- Oversee the layout process, including floor planning, placement, and routing.
- Perform verification processes using industry-standard simulators.
- Enhance cross-group communication for standardization and group success.
Requirements
- BSEE or higher degree required.
- 3+ years of related experience (senior and above).
- Able to convey ideas verbally or in writing.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc).
