Job Summary

Aptiv is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for implementing quality control measures to prevent defects and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and industry standards, such as IATF 16949.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
