About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of the site Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) strategy and cross-functional activities.
- Provide Lean and Six Sigma training and mentoring to team members.
- Conduct assessments to identify performance gaps and prioritize improvement activities.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste, improve working capital performance, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Assist in improvement activities, including training, mentoring, facilitating RIEs, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of experience with Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement leader, or Operations Manager.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing methodology, techniques, and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills and proven capability to lead change in a team environment.
Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
