About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Encora. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying AI solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models for our AI solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data quality and accessibility
  • Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Develop and maintain code for model training, testing, and deployment
  • Work closely with other teams to integrate machine learning models into our AI solutions
  • Monitor and troubleshoot machine learning models to ensure accuracy and performance
  • Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and code

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with PyTorch
  • Machine Learning expertise in NLP & LLMs algorithms
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Preferred Qualifications

  • Machine Learning expertise in ranking, recommendations, classification algorithms
  • Experience with TensorFlow
  • Experience with Kubernetes/Container resources for deployments
