**Job Summary**

The Project Contract Manager plays a crucial role in Alstom's project team, working closely with the Project Manager and core team members. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure compliance with Alstom's governance and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and communicate contract summaries to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and regular communication.
  • Collaborate with the core project team to develop a contract management strategy plan, ensuring its implementation and regular review.
  • Monitor and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities, driving proactive management and mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and implement project-specific commercial procedures, ensuring effective communication and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and maintain accurate records of correspondences.

**Organizational Structure**

This role reports directly to the Senior Contract Manager or Region Head of Contract Management and has functional reporting to the Project Management team. The Project Contract Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including the Project Director, Project Manager, and Project Team members, as well as external partners and suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
