Job Summary:

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the company's Reliability, Calibration, and ESD functions in Mexicali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and excellent leadership skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage Reliability, Calibration, and ESD activities in Mexicali.
  • Evaluate the final results of research and development projects to ensure technical objectives are met.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
Main Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 8 years of experience in semiconductors manufacturing.
  • Familiar with ANSI20:20 and Calibration procedures.
  • Reliability or Quality certified engineer by ASQ or similar is preferred.
Main Competencies:
  • Teamwork and Communication skills.
  • Program management.
  • Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
  • Automotive Core tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, FMEA, CP).
Experience and Education:

Engineering Degree (major in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical or similar), Master degree preferable.
