Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented professional to lead our Share Services Center AR / AP team in Guadalajara. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct registration of corporate and service invoices, as well as supporting the team in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate registration of invoices and documentation
  • Review and approve payment lists with Treasury
  • Manage new supplier registrations and system modifications

  • Manage expense reports in SAP CONCUR and report to HR and Finance
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations
  • Review transactions in the GL module
  • Monitor and improve KPIs: analysis and monitoring of team performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in transnational companies
  • Shared Services Leadership experience (at least 2 years) and cross-training
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Management of travel expense systems and ERP in accounts receivable / accounts payable module and GL module
  • Issuance and analysis of reports and KPIs
  • Follow-ups through checklists
Benefits:
  • Monthly salary: $42,000 nominal + Law and Superior Benefits
  • Hybrid job role (2 days) after 3-month trial period
