Screenovate's Data Center Platform Application Engineering (DCPAE) learning, events, and communications team is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Intel Training and Events Coordinator.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, logistics support, and training while working from a remote location. As an Intel Training and Events Coordinator, you will work independently and with a team to fulfill organizational goals related to training and events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Track attendance and survey data across all training and events in a central database.

Manage training sessions, including tracking attendance, introducing presenters, administering surveys, and monitoring audience questions.

Maintain contact lists and customer registration for events.

Assist with the end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person events.

Perform entry-level multimedia tasks, including web editing, video production, and virtual course development.

**Requirements:**

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.

Self-starter with good time management and creative skills.

Ability to communicate professionally and work well independently.

Commitment to the continuous improvement of customers and their training needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Experience working in engineering environments.

Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant software.
