Epson America, Inc is a global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point-of-sale printing devices. We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our Latin America team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee the INK consumables product lineup for the consumer division, driving success through precise forecasting and efficient procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumables business, with a strong understanding of the Latin American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps for assigned products
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with subsidiaries across Latin America to monitor the product development process and make recommendations for meeting market needs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Establish structured processes for product launches and manage the product throughout its lifecycle
  • Work closely with Marketing Communications, Documentation, Service/Support, Logistics, subsidiaries, and other groups to ensure successful product launches
  • Manage the end of product lifecycle and transition to minimize inventory and ensure launch timeframes are met
  • Serve as an internal and external PR spokesperson and product champion for assigned products
  • Support the sales team in customer visits and presentations
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking and make recommendations
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with industry trade groups, analysts, and publications
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing with solid knowledge in e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumables business
  • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Fluency in English and at least one of two languages, Spanish or Portuguese
