Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at GE Corporate. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's position management requests, maintaining employee data, and managing digital and physical storage of required documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute HR requests and transactions to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Support HR process changes and modifications, and maintain related documentation.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and serve as the key point of contact for payroll-related incidents.
  • Maintain data quality between local payroll systems and Workday.
  • Ensure Employee Personnel Files are compliant with local legislation and GE policies.
  • Partner with business HR teams to provide education, value-added consultation, and employee communication.
  • Proactively identify and drive continuous improvements within assigned processes.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to employees and internal customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with HR (Lifecycle) processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience using or supporting Workday or HR tools.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High degree of business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Proactive approach to implementing continuous process improvements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
