**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Mexico. This role will be responsible for supporting labor law policies and strategies, ensuring the implementation of the disciplinary process, and managing key issues for the correct internal functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute job dismissals in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
  • Administer the disciplinary process through the Internal Work Regulations, advising on and recording incidents.
  • Conduct labor investigations in accordance with the Federal Labour Law.
  • Keep control of the payment of union dues.
  • Coordinate and administer the control of lockers.
  • Manage the events and processes contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
  • Coordinate and execute the Team Leader process.
  • Conduct meetings with the Trade Union Committee.
  • Ensure the correct use of legal and/or official documents and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology or related areas.
  • 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area, with at least 1 year performing the responsibilities described above.
  • Labor relations experience.
  • Able to hold a business conversation in meetings, answering and writing emails in English.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including insurance plans, employee assistance program, and more.
