Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and providing support to senior management. This role is crucial for the success of our Mobility Aftermarket division.

Key Responsibilities (Approx. 75% focus):

  • Act as a strategic consultant to the department leader, offering insights and recommendations to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee and execute special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and effectively.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the department leader and other teams.
  • Evaluate and report on essential performance indicators, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up tasks.
  • Enhance organizational and operational effectiveness by applying best practices and process improvements.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Duties (Approx. 25% focus):

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the department leader, managing their schedule, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee and streamline office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, along with the T&E reimbursement process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Anticipate the needs of the department leader and provide proactive assistance to enhance their productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic support capacity, such as Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or a comparable role supporting senior management.
  • Strong business insight and strategic analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with poise.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative.
