In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated engineers and scientists to research, design, and develop user interfaces for a diverse range of features within our internal tool. You will also work closely with other specialists to spec out and develop APIs necessary for new features or to extend/optimize existing functionalities.

What We're Looking ForYou are a proactive engineer and creative problem solver, adept at designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You thrive on working as part of a team, sharing your expert knowledge of UI/UX development with your peers, while also continuously learning from those around you.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with front-end technologies and frameworks, with experience in React highly desirable
- Strong understanding of modern UX principles and design thinking, with UX design tools experience a plus
- Ability to influence, collaborate with, and educate others on methods and requirements in experimentation concepts
- Experience collaborating with applied scientists, engineers, product managers, and end users
Nice to Haves:
- API design and development using a relational DB, such as Postgres
- Experience with online experimentation, including A/B testing and Bandit testing
- Practical knowledge of statistics
- Experience establishing standards and educating technical and non-technical stakeholders on meeting those standards
- An advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
