Overview
Smart Pro Connect is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
We are looking for a sales professional who can effectively communicate with customers, negotiate sales, and handle objections in a fast-paced environment. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products or services.
- Closing sales by identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
- A minimum of 0-2 years of sales experience or related office experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Full shifts of 8 hours, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm CST.
- Weekends off.
Location
This role is based in person at our Smart Pro Connect location.
