Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at HERE Technologies. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving process excellence across the organization by implementing Lean Six Sigma framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify waste and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to team members on process improvement methodologies
- Measure and report on the outcomes of process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate risk identification and assessment activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
