Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year

This salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on location, experience, and other factors.

Job Summary:

This position plays a critical role in executing Business Continuity plans across designated manufacturing facilities and serving as project owner for complex, cross-functional locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing business continuity strategies to ensure seamless operations during crises.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to execute kick-off materials and facilitate readiness, response, and recovery procedures.
  • Managing the delivery of business impact analyses, including outlining critical processes, assets, data flows, notifications, and escalations.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing dynamic projects and facilitating process improvements.
  • Familiarity with established business continuity standards (ISO, PDCA) and/or applicable frameworks.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and certifications like BCI, DRII, and PMP.
  • Relevant experience delivering business continuity plans.
