Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and direct all plant accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to improve operational results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental procedures, policies, and practices.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present financial reports to plant leadership and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews and physical inventory of fixed assets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
- 3-5 years of Controller experience within the region of hire.
- 3-5 years of previous supervisory experience, including general and cost accounting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software and Infor Power-Link or similar ERP system.
- Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Professional certifications, such as CPA or CMA.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
