Production Control Analyst with Supply Chain Expertise

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Analyst to join our team in Monterrey. This role is responsible for controlling production batches, ensuring the proper mix and quantity of produced goods to satisfy finish goods production plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and experience in materials-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Planning and Inventory Control teams to minimize excess inventory in production lines.
  • Lead order processing activities for major customer units, advising non-exempt associates on day-to-day priorities.
  • Monitor and address issues impacting performance to committed ship dates, lead times, response times, and inventory goals.
  • Coordinate with Master Schedulers to manage product life cycles and related materials availability issues.
  • Drive process improvements within Order Management and other areas.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in materials functions. APICS certification, Inventory Control, and experience are preferred. You should have advanced PC skills, including knowledge of Jabil's software packages. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
