Account Operations Coordinator

The Account Operations Coordinator role is a vital support position within the Accounts department at Periphery Digital Inc. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness by providing technical support, communication, analytical thinking, and organizational prowess.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Act as a liaison between the Accounts team and the media and digital teams, ensuring cohesive strategies, accurate billing, and project coordination.
- Maintain alignment between the Accounts and Project Management teams by providing updates on project statuses and progress, ensuring clear communication and realistic timelines.
- Collaborate with the Accounts team to gather and finalize client plans, verifying their accuracy, aligning with client objectives, and coordinating with relevant teams to address any last-minute adjustments or confirmations needed before obtaining approval.
- Utilize G Suite tools for client communications, scheduling, and document management, ensuring efficient external interactions.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion, adhering to company protocols and ensuring confidentiality.
- Work with the Finance department to accurately and promptly provide necessary client billing information and update pipeline / revenue forecasts.
- Leverage ClickUp to manage tasks and projects efficiently, preventing bottlenecks and supporting the Accounts team in meeting deadlines.
- Organize meeting agendas for Account Managers, ensuring comprehensive and coherent updates.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts lead, assisting with various tasks for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining up-to-date client project statuses, including monitoring changes and collecting client feedback.
- Collaborate across the Accounts, Media, and Digital teams to compile data and insights for detailed client project reports.
- Analyze report data to extract actionable insights and communicate complex information effectively to both clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for facilitating both internal coordination and external client interactions.
- Advanced skills in G Suite and ClickUp, necessary for managing projects and tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, essential for managing deadlines, coordinating meetings, and ensuring accurate project management and client status updates.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies, coupled with strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and innovate solutions.
- A good understanding of digital media advertising and the ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply digital media knowledge effectively in client interactions.
