**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist - Retail at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your role will include greeting customers, offering assistance in locating merchandise, and responding to questions regarding merchandise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating merchandise.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns regarding merchandise.
- Display merchandise in a neat and eye-appealing manner.
- Restock items as necessary and check expiration dates.
- Process customer purchases and returns, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Verify customer identification as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
