Job Description

As a Packaging Solutions Developer at Yanfeng Automotive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative packaging solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and ergonomics. Your focus will be on ensuring a total land cost solution mindset throughout the supply chain for launching programs.

We utilize advanced packaging engineering systems and processes to support our teams. You will facilitate and recommend packaging solutions based on current automotive industry best practices and Yanfeng's best-in-class packaging standards. Additionally, you will review, investigate, and implement packaging solutions for total land cost and quality improvements for existing programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive packaging engineering
  • Proficiency in packaging engineering design software or CAD systems
  • A degree in packaging or a related field (Industrial Engineer or similar)
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Travel Requirements

This position requires approximately 20-30% travel, depending on demand.
