Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, and other facilities to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Ran sold room reports, verify room status, identify discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
  • Assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities, such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
  • Coordinate the efforts of housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry teams, acting as a liaison to resolve issues and document discrepancies.
  • Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments, and communicate issues to the next shift.
  • Complete required paperwork and follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to inspect and maintain high-quality standards in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and resolve issues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality control issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality and service goals.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, procedures, and company policies.
